The Hwy30 Music Fest came to be in a small mountain town as a fundraiser for the local school. We found our true calling during that time and we have continued the tradition annually to help various organizations and families in need.

In order to continue this tradition of community involvement, we at Hwy 30 are introducing the annual "Hwy 30 Scholarship" as our way of helping the future leaders meet their educational goals.

Eligibility is open to anyone K-12, candidates will have to submit all required materials by May 20th. The " Hwy 30 Scholarship" will award three students $500 dollars to be used towards College of Southern Idaho.

In order to be considered for the scholarship, candidates should submit a 1page essay on the subject of What America Means to Me and a video no longer than 1 minute of any song. As a bonus, recipients will get to open one day of the Music Festival in June and receive two three- day passes for themselves and one guest.
